| General office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Applications for poor relief are taken 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and interviews are conducted up to 12 noon. The Trustee reserves the right to modify office hours in conformity to the needs of the township. In such event, the Trustee will provide a five (5) working day advance notice. After hours access to the poor relief office is provided by a phone system with voice mail and programmed to provide information about office hours. The Fairfield Township Trustee will respond to a telephone inquiry for poor relief service within 24 hours after receiving the inquiry (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays). |
